Frozen Chocolate-Covered Bananas

20100828:
Today I watched my friend Grace make frozen chocolate-covered bananas and helped make two of them!
Process:
Score wooden skewers halfway and break them in half.
Peel bananas and cut or break them in half.

Place them on a pan with wax paper.
Put chocolate in a cup and add canola oil. Then microwave the mixture.
Mix and add oil to the right consistency.*

Place a skewer in the banana and, by holding the banana, roll the banana around in the chocolate mix. If necessary, use another stick to smooth out the chocolate-covered banana.
Lay the banana down on the wax paper.
Put the tray in the freezer. Done!

*I don't know what to look for. Apparently something will be the right consistency. I was told you should use your heart and soul. In clearer terms, add enough so that it seems like the mixture will coat the banana just right.
Result:
Yum!
